What does a wardrobe evaluation actually involve?
A wardrobe evaluation is a full assessment of everything currently in a client's closet -- identifying what fits their body, lifestyle, and goals, and what is working against them. It covers closet organisation, style gap identification, outfit creation from existing pieces, and a clear plan for what to add next.
Can you help me if I already have a style I like but it just feels off?
Yes -- style refinement is specifically for clients who have some instinct for how they want to look but feel their wardrobe has become inconsistent, outdated, or unclear. The goal is to sharpen and elevate what is already there, not start from scratch. Most clients leave with a tighter, more intentional version of themselves.
Do you offer personal shopping, or do I have to shop on my own?
DreamArk Kloset handles personal shopping entirely -- both in-store at Savannah boutiques and online sourcing. Clients approve the budget, Monique does the research, sourcing, and purchasing, and the client shows up to try the clothes on. Nothing reaches a client's closet without their approval first.
How is bridal styling different from regular personal styling?
Bridal styling covers every outfit moment across the full wedding weekend -- the engagement session, rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and any hosted events -- for the bride, groom, bridal party, and family members who want styling support. It is event-specific, timeline-driven, and coordinated across multiple people rather than a single wardrobe build.

What happens during the first consultation?
Monique uses the first consultation to understand the client's lifestyle, daily schedule, career context, style goals, budget, and any specific challenges. It is a conversation -- not a pitch. The outcome is a clear picture of what the client needs and a recommended service path. Nothing is sold in this session.
How long does a typical styling service take?
It depends on the service. A wardrobe evaluation typically takes two to four hours. A personal shopping session can range from three hours to a full-day VIP experience. Image consulting and style development programmes are built around the individual client's goals and may involve multiple sessions over several weeks.
What do I need to prepare before my first appointment?
For a closet edit or wardrobe evaluation, having access to your full wardrobe is ideal. For personal shopping, an honest budget conversation upfront saves time for everyone. For all other services, simply show up as you are -- Monique brings everything needed. The more honest a client is about what is and is not working, the better the outcome.
Will I get to keep notes or records of what was decided?
Yes. Clients receive a record of the outfits built, shopping lists, style guides, or session summaries depending on the service. The goal is for every client to be able to dress confidently on their own between sessions -- not to create dependency on the stylist. What is built during each appointment is documented and delivered to the client.
Pricing, Availability, and How to Book
Is the consultation really free or is there a catch?
The free consultation is genuinely free -- 15 to 30 minutes, no charge, no obligation. It exists so both Monique and the client can confirm the fit before any commitment is made. If the service is not the right match, that conversation will say so. DreamArk Kloset does not use the free consultation as a sales funnel.
How much does personal styling cost at DreamArk Kloset?
Pricing is structured around hourly sessions, daily VIP packages, and multi-session programmes depending on the scope of work. The free consultation is the right place to get accurate pricing based on the client's specific goals and timeline. Budget-conscious options are available -- the goal is always to maximise the impact of what is spent.
Can I book a session online, or does everything have to happen in person?
Both options are available. In-person sessions are offered in Savannah and across the Lowcountry by appointment. Online consultations work for clients outside the immediate area, for initial planning sessions, for clients who prefer to work remotely, and for online sourcing services where in-person presence is not required. Many clients use a combination of both.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For standard styling sessions, 48 to 72 hours' notice is typically sufficient. Bridal services -- particularly full wedding weekend packages -- should be booked four to six months before the event, earlier if custom alterations or extended personal shopping is involved. For events, booking two to four weeks ahead is recommended to allow sourcing and preparation time.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellation and rescheduling details are confirmed at booking. As a courtesy to other clients and to respect Monique's schedule, advance notice of at least 24 hours is appreciated for changes. Specific terms for each service type are communicated during the consultation so there are no surprises before an appointment is confirmed.

Clients in Richmond Hill, Pooler, and surrounding communities are also served. Online consultations are available for clients anywhere, with no geographic restriction.
Do you charge a travel fee for clients outside Savannah?
There is no travel fee for in-person consultations within the Savannah city limits. For clients in Bluffton, Hilton Head, Beaufort, and surrounding Lowcountry areas, any applicable travel considerations are discussed during the free consultation before any appointment is confirmed. No surprise charges are added after a session is booked.
How do online styling consultations work if I'm not in Savannah?
Online consultations use video calling to review the client's wardrobe, discuss goals, and build a styling plan. Online sourcing and personal shopping can be conducted entirely remotely -- Monique researches and curates options digitally, presents them to the client for approval, and handles purchasing and delivery coordination. The full service is available online with no quality reduction.
Can I work with DreamArk Kloset if I'm relocating to or from Savannah?
Yes -- life transitions are one of the most common reasons clients come to DreamArk Kloset. Relocation often means a new professional environment, a new social context, and a wardrobe that no longer fits the life being stepped into. Sessions can begin online before a move and continue in person once a client arrives in the Savannah area, or remain fully remote for clients moving elsewhere.
